Spicy Chicken and Green Bean Stir Fry

Here a new Asian-style chicken and green bean stir-fry combines with lots of flavorful ingredients. If you prefer,Serve over rice or with a salad.

 

Ingredients:

  •     chili oil (such as Mongolian Fire oil): 2 tablespoons
  •     soy sauce, divided: 3 tablespoons
  •     red pepper flakes (Optional): ¼ teaspoon
  •     freshly ground white pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  •     skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces: 2 pounds
  •     mirin (Japanese sweet wine): 1 tablespoon
  •     granulated garlic: ½ teaspoon
  •     ground ginger: ½ teaspoon
  •     salt to taste
  •     cooking oil, divided: 2 tablespoons
  •     sliced shallot: ½ cup
  •     fresh green beans, trimmed : 1 pound
  •     chicken base: 1 teaspoon
  •     water: ½ cup
  •     cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
  •     sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon


 

Instructions:

 

Step 1:

Mix together 1 tablespoon bean stew oil, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, red pepper chips, and white pepper in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and blend in with marinade. Put away.
 

Step 2:

Join staying 1 tablespoon stew oil and soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger, and salt in a little bowl; put sauce away.
 

Step 3:

Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in an enormous non-stick skillet or wok over medium high intensity. Add prepared chicken pieces and cut shallots to the hot oil. Cook, blending habitually, until the chicken is presently not pink at the middle and the fluid has begun to dissipate, around 8 minutes. Move to a bowl and keep warm.
 

Step 4:

Heat remaining tablespoon cooking oil in a similar skillet over medium-high intensity. Add green beans to hot oil and cook, mixing much of the time, until beans become a striking shade of green, around 1 moment. Add sauce and mix to cover beans.
    

Step 5:

Return cooked chicken and shallots to the skillet and mix, around 3 minutes.
    

Step 6:

Mix together chicken base and water in a little bowl; mix in cornstarch to make a slurry. Shower slurry into the skillet, mixing rapidly. Keep mixing and cooking until dish sauce is marginally thickened. Serve embellished with sesame seeds.
